Shipping within Germany

We calculate the shipping costs to Germany at a flat rate of €2.99 per order.

Your order will be delivered within 5-8 working days. (4-5 business days processing time and 1-3 business days shipping).

international delivery

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.99 per order within the EU and €6.99 for the rest of the world.

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, which you can use to track your delivery via DHL.

Would you like to return your order? We would be happy to create a shipping label from the post office and deduct it from the refunded amount (shipping costs EUR 2.99 within Germany). Alternatively, you can return the items to us using a provider of your choice. Unfortunately we cannot cover the return costs. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods.

We also cannot cover the original shipping costs, so we will always refund you the amount you paid minus the shipping costs and any return costs.
